I have never walked into an Airbnb and been amazed, until this one. The attention to detail from the coat hanger on the wall, beautiful hard wood floors to the nice bottle of wine to welcome us in.. Everything was very clean and fresh. The living space was warm and comfortable. Great spaces to sit and talk or play. The backyard was a nice place to sit and look at the stars, bbq, or just enjoy being outside. This home had it all. My family has already requested that we stay there the next time we are in town. What a fantastic Host!!

Great Airbnb in Reno ! Beautifully decorated with a modern but yet homey flare. Jessica was easy to Communicate with and she deliver some place mats that we asked for within the hour. Kitchen was fully equipped and the sunroom was my favorite part !

Loved the pet friendly backyard, location, and overall feel of this stunning centrally located home. Only minutes to the best restaurants, casinos, and only 40 min from Lake Tahoe. The host, Jessica, was so kind and caring. 5 stars all around and look forward to our next trip!

Jessica and the Zephyr house is one of the best experiences I have had ever. We had an issue with checking in early, I called her she was at the house in a matter of minutes, fixed the situation, and it was actually us checking in early that caused it. Such a wonderful stay! I shared this space with my family while in Reno for a wedding and we all loved it! The bedrooms were comfortable and private and there were multiple social areas to spend time together. Everything was spotless and well organized. We had trouble unlocking the smart lock (our fault for not reading directions correctly) and Jessica got in touch with us in minutes and seemed happy to help. If I ever find myself back in Reno, I will 100% be staying here again.

Jessica’s place was wonderful for our 3 night getaway and epic Tahoe hiking! Each morning we went on a walk and Virginia lake was just down the road! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was spotless and had all that we needed and wanted! We did a few loads of laundry too, very nice machines. The king bed was comfy and awesome. But the standout for us was definitely the backyard. Of our 3 nights in Reno, two of them we spent not at restaurants, but instead, grilling out and hanging out by the fire pit! Spectacular steaks on her grill and wonderful evening and night weather. All went well with some wine after days out by Tahoe hiking those trails! It was a great trip overall and Jessica’s place played a huge role in it! Thank you for hosting us!

Most comfortable bed, cozy lounge, and so much space. We loved hanging out in the beautiful yard, enjoying some sunshine. This house is a treasure. We stayed here with our toddlers and had a great time. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to coffee, parks, etc. Jessica was a delightful host who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfy.

We had such an incredible stay at Jessica’s! I’m waiting for the excuse to come to Reno again just so I can stay here because it was pure magic. All the special touches from the snacks, coffee, and record collection was just east we needed as we recouped after a very long trip. The ambiance of this place is a dream, so much light and thoughtful design touches. We really felt at home. The yard was the perfect place to order brunch delivery and catch up after our long road trip. Not to mention the laundry room was the most gorgeous we had ever seen! This place helped us get organized before flying home and was a short walk and shorter Uber to our favorite coffee shop Coffee Bar, and everything else we needed in the area. Super quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood for our group of three women. Very helpful and communicative hosts and staff too, we were a bit late packing our bags and the cleaning crew was so sweet and friendly. Can’t wait to return!
